Voltron Gem au

So… I uh… got a new Au… a Gem AU and i haven’t even watched Steven Universe… GDI

Shiro, To and Shi:
Shiro is an Onyx and a Fusion between the Lemon Quarts Shi and the Axinite To. Shi was made unable to fully form his arms, if he concentrates extremely on them he can form them, but it tires him out, he was therefore called a defect and ignored by the other gems, Until To came into the picture and fell head over heals for the armless gem, they were exiled from home-world (Zarkon’s empire) and got stuck on earth, a planet to hideous for any gem to live on.
There he met a small gang of “lost” gems, and get found by the human Coran and half gem/human Allura

Keith:
Keith is a Fire Opal, he is a loner, and is terrified of fusing with anyone, since many other gems forced him into several fusions before he managed to escape to earth, he was alone at first before he found the annoying yet kind Peridot who was cursing loudly about the forest

Pidge:
Pidge is a peridot, her ship crashed on earth and she got stuck, unable to contact home or anyone else, until she stumbled into the fire Opal who gave her someone to talk to even if he rarely said anything back

Hunk:
Hunk is a Butterstone, a warm soul who wants to help, he went to earth out of free will just because he loves the animal life and the intriguing humans

Lance:
Lance is a Lapis Lazuli and got stuck on earth and want’s nothing more than to get back home to his family and friends

Stromatolite:
Stromatolite is a fusion between Keith and Hunk, the first time he formed was on accident, when Hunk and Keith stumbled into each other and started laughing, Keith had a panic attack right after and they defused but Hunk managed to calm him down, and they tried again and after that Stromatolite shows up now and again

Voltron:
Voltron is a fusion of all of them, (Hunk, Shiro, Lance, Keith and Pidge) Voltron is a wild being that likes to “play” around, like a lion enjoying a hunt, he is very unstable at first due to all of their differences, but as time goes on they learn to trust eachother and Voltron stays solid for longer

Allura:
Allura is the child of Coran and King Alfor (who says gems can’t carry children despite what sex they have since they never reproduce like humans…) anyway, she was born and is not the last alive Diamond apart from Zarkon.

Coran:
Allura’s Father and ends up taking in the other gems since they might be able to help teach Allura how to control her gem powers.

King Alfor:
King Alfor was the last Diamond alive and was the Purple Diamond, he went to earth out of love for the wild life, and fell in love with Coran.

Zarkon:
Zarkon is the Red diamond, he killed the other diamonds to rule the universe alone and took over their colonies and gems. once he realizes Allura exists, sends he out gems to capture the hybrid of the last diamond so he can shatter her.

What Haggar and the other galra commanders gems are gonna be am i not sure of…

Might turn this into a fanfic or a comic… but since i’m horrible at page building i think it will be a fic, when is another question that i don’t know the answer to
